Who is eligible?
Learners who have completed a course from 1st July 2025 onwards are eligible. From the date of your first course completion, you will have 8 months of validity to complete the certification pathway.
For learners who completed a course before 15th October 2025: To ensure your learning remains current and aligned with the certification standards, you’ll need to enrol in an additional course with us before starting the certification pathway. This refreshed course will make you eligible to pursue the certification and obtain your certificate.

How do I enrol in the certification programme?
Learners do not need to register separately — the system will automatically track milestone completion based on the courses you are enrolled in, and your certificate will be issued on the day you complete the course.
Do I need to complete all three levels to get certified?
You will receive a certificate upon completing each level, allowing you to progress through the levels — Professional, Expert, and Master.
However, completing all three levels demonstrates comprehensive mastery and offers the strongest career profile.
How long does it take to complete the entire certification pathway?
The complete HR certification pathway is achievable in 9 training days, the completion duration is also very much depending on your pace in enrolling to the courses and the specific pathway. You can progress through the three levels (Professional, Expert, Master) at your own speed, but all applicable courses must be completed within 8 months to remain valid for certification eligibility.
Can I enrol in individual courses first, or must I enrol in the entire pathway at once to be eligible?
You may first enrol with individual courses that best suit your needs. To be eligible for the full certification, however, you’ll need to complete all required courses in the pathway within 8 months. This ensures your progress remains valid and counted toward certification.
What are the prerequisites for enrolling in this certification programme?
There are no formal prerequisites to join the certification programme. You can enrol directly in the applicable courses within the pathway. Each course have its own requirements, which are listed on our course page.
