Entry requirements
- 1 year working experience in any sector;
- At least 1 GCE N Level Pass
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent; and
- Proficient with the use of an Apple/Windows laptops and a smart phone.
*Learners without the right WPL or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, subject to the approval.
