For individual learners who have completed Info-Tech Academy applicable AI courses

After you complete an applicable AI course, you can redeem six months of access to one AI tool through the Student Portal. It gives you a way to keep practising what you learned in class.

Attending the class is a starting point. Certain courses will require regular practice using the AI tool and on real tasks. Learners lose momentum once they do not have access to the tool.

To support continued learning, Info-Tech Academy covers the cost of six months of tool access for learners who have finished applicable AI courses. We are funding this ourselves as part of our commitment to learning outcomes.

Enrol and complete your course

You will be eligible once you have:

  1. Completed an applicable Info-Tech Academy course
  2. Passed the course assessment, the availability for redemption will depend on the pass date
  3. Paid the course fees in full.

*This initiative starts on 20 October 2026. Only learners who enrol on or after this date are eligible for redemption.

Log in to the Student Portal

  • The redemption option will appear in your Student Portal.
  • In the Enrolment table, find the “AI Sub” column and click “Redeem”.

Submit your redemption request

  • Choose either ChatGPT or Claude in the selection.
  • Ensure the email used for activation does not have any existing subscription.

Activation

  • Activation is not immediate.
    Submitted by the 25th: access from the 1st of next month
    Submitted after the 25th: access from the 1st of the month after next
  • The subscription account will last 6 months from the date it’s activated.
You must redeem within 30 days once you are eligible for this offer. After that, the option is no longer available and it cannot be extended or transferred.

  • One tool per Individual Learner (1-time redemption only).
  • You cannot exchange it for cash, credit, or a fee reduction.

Frequently asked questions

Only two: Effective Use of Generative AI Tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) for Productivity Improvement, and Agentic AI with Claude Agent. If you complete both, you can still redeem one tool only.

No. Your course fee, and any SkillsFuture Credit, PSEA, UTAP or other funding you claim, stay exactly the same. This resource is separate from course fees and funding.

No. Once you activate a tool, it stays in place for the full six months.

Your access ends when the six months are up. If you want to keep using the tool, you can subscribe directly with the provider at your own cost. We do not renew access automatically, and you will not be charged by Info-Tech Academy.

Unfortunately, this offer is not available for company-funded enrolments. It applies only to individual learners who self-funded their enrolment.
